Once we start your project, it will happen in the following stages:

• Website Development
• Domain Registration & Hosting
• Website Design Phase
• Website Testing Phase
• Launch Phase
• Website Management

The first stage of planning your website is to think about what you want to achieve and decide which type of design style you like. Whether you want it to have a straightforward layout or whether you might want to include any animation. You might like to let us know any current websites you like.




If necessary we can secure your domain (subject to availability). The domain name will be registered in your name. If you require hosting services we can arrange and manage this for you or alternatively we can recommend a hosting service.




You will need to let us know the navigation links you would like (e.g. home, about us, contact, services). You will also need to provide us with all text and/or product information to be included in your site and also your logo and any photographs. We can provide stock images and design your logo if required.

We will create a private directory within our site for you to review your site. You will be able to review the progress online at any time, and we will notify you by email of any extensive changes. First we will design one page for you to review and we will continue to modify this until you are happy with the final layout. Once this is achieved we will then add the additional pages.




Once you are happy with the final site we will make the following tests to check everything is in working order:

Evaluate the Meta Tags (Keywords used by the search engines), any keywords you feel are important to your site, please let us know. However we cannot guarantee when or where in a search page your website will appear.

Test your website on a variety of operating systems and browsers to insure proper display and functionality.

Spelling and Grammar check.

Navigation Link check.




Once the website has been tested and you are happy with the end result, it will be uploaded and launched on your domain. Minor adjustments to your website are included in the contract for up to 2 weeks after launch (up to a maximum of 4 hours labour).

At this stage you will also be provided with a complete backup of your website on CD-ROM.




If you require ongoing updates and management of your site we can discuss whether this will be charged on an hourly basis or by an agreed monthly charge if the updates are regular.
